This just goes to prove that a cardio workout is heart-smart! Gross I know, but when I completed my workout this morning I looked down and saw the my sweat had formed a heart on my t-shirt.
So it was it was either put this on EBAY for sale or just post it on my blog!

Hey...you would make a ton...people will buy anything. But....a "heart" can't be purchased....it can only grow with love....or even more work out....lol.
